Sunshine, bank holiday, passed an exam and family visits.
What's been happening?
We started off with a Bank Holiday Monday and getting my first Covid jag. I also passed my Azure exam that day!
On Wednesday we had Scottish Developers meetup. We hosted Angela Timofte discussing "Amazon DynamoDB: Advanced data access patterns in the real world". Check out the recording here.
It may seem like a small thing, but I managed to go out every day this week!... if you have read these blogs earlier in year then you'll know it has been the goal some weeks to go out more. The world returning to a wee bit of normal and the sun being out has certainly helped!

Listening 🎧
Learning 👩💻
After studying for my exam, I have mostly had a few days off learning new things.
Watching 📺
- Sherpa, a documentary on Amazon Prime. Was really interesting to see the dangers people go through to climb the mountain.
- Army of the Dead on Netflix... wouldn't recommend!
- The Woman in the Window on Neflix. I had almost bought the book quite a few times, so decided when they made the film to give it a watch. Was good, but not sure if it's rewatchable as once you know the mystery, you know!
Goals for next week:
- Run 3x
- Relax (off work for a few days 😊)
